Refund and Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-returnable Items

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
